1. Introduction

Welcome to Level Up Xperience. By accessing or using our turf booking and sports activity services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a slot. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

To book a slot, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your details if they change. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the booked slot for lawful purposes only.

• You are responsible for any damage caused to the property or facilities during your booking period.

• You agree to arrive on time for your booking. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the reserved slot without refund.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the facilities for illegal activities.

• Engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior that may affect other users or the facility.

• Sublet or transfer your booking without prior consent from the provider.

6. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Full payment or Partial payment must be made in advance to confirm a slot.

• Prices, taxes, and platform charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the time of checkout.

• Level Up Xperience reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made within the time period mentioned at the time of booking.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

8. Safety & Liability

• Players participate at their own risk.

• Level Up Xperience is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during play.

• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the user.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for disruptions caused due to technical issues, weather conditions, power failures, or third-party service failures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, text, images, and branding belong exclusively to Level Up Xperience and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

11. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as per our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will not be shared without consent except where legally required.

13. Modifications to Terms

Level Up Xperience may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage after changes means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to local court jurisdiction.
