At Level Up Xperience, we strive to provide a fair and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund and rescheduling policy carefully before making a booking.

Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund is applicable only if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot time.

Refund Processing
Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Rescheduling Policy
Free rescheduling is permitted only if requested up to 24 hours before the slot time.
Rescheduling is not allowed within 24 hours of the booked slot.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
Users can cancel or reschedule their bookings through the Level Up Xperience app under “My Bookings”, or by contacting our support team on WhatsApp at +91 8533025859, +91 9654294478.
